While getting my vehicle serviced at the dealership, I met with Jonathan from the Melbourne/Cocoa FL area about a crack in my windshield. He was professional and efficient and got approval from my insurance company for windshield replacement, which was fully covered by insurance. They confirmed my appt the day before and showed up as scheduled. I was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours. After 15 mins the install tech, Roderick, asked me to come outside where he showed me a chip at the bottom of the new replacement window. He said he would not install it like that and would order a new windshield and reschedule. He could have easily just gone ahead and replaced it and I never would have known since it was at the very bottom where you wouldn’t see it! I was very impressed! The new one was installed a couple days later. Would highly recommended!!

I received a follow-up text message asking me about my experience the day prior with this company and my experience on replacing the windshield to my 2014 Dodge Durango Citadel; Hello, To answer your question: Yes the team that was sent out was professional and courteous. The two men performed the repair in a timely manner and at my residence. After the work was completed they had me review their installation and saw to my extreme satisfaction with that part of my interactions with your company. I must say moving forward I will a-test to that by word of mouth to anyone that is in need of window repair in my comings and goings. Brannon the At home auto glass representative was very knowledgeable and personable also he oversaw the whole process from start to finish and even followed up with questions about my experience. Having come from a customer service background myself, I have been so impressed by the team and your company as a whole; that I have inquired about openings with service-pros/At home auto glass and have since secured an interview for a position within the company. So thank you and your team for their efforts on a most trouble free and easy way they handled my claims(

From the start with Tyler, he showed professionalism and concern for the windshield to be replaced on my vehicle. Everything went smoothly when the technician arrived during the date and time the service was scheduled. Tyler was concerned the technician arrived and the service was complete. The technician was professional and courtesy, and completed the installation skillfully. I will refer my family and friends because the company is an awesome company. Outstanding experience from start to finish with At Home Auto Glass. What could have been a stressful process was made incredibly easy thanks to their professionalism and service. I first connected with them through the Kia dealership, and the convenience of having the installation done at home made the entire experience seamless. Ezequiel was fantastic—he handled everything from diagnostics to coordinating the insurance details and scheduling, making the process completely hassle-free. He was very professional, courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. Throughout the process, he communicated everything clearly—explaining the steps, answering my questions, and making sure I was comfortable with the work being done. The installation itself was smooth and efficient, and the quality of the work looks great. It’s not always easy to find reliable service like this, but this technician definitely delivered.
